The most famous of all Australian varieties, Galaxy made an immediate and lasting impact upon its release in 2009. Heavy on tropical fruit character, Galaxy also adds strong citrus and stone fruit notes to hop-forward beers. Galaxy is best used in the dry hop only, as it can impart some herbal character if used on the hot side.
