Sabro is a potent aroma hop with neomexicanus roots. Its aroma profile leans heavily toward pina colada and citrus, with pronounced berry and varying amounts of cedar (depending on the lot). Sabro’s intensity easily overwhelms most hops in a blend. For best results, use in the dry hop at no more than 20% of the hop bill.
