Initially branded as a bittering hop upon its release in 2006, Bravo soon showed it could work well as a late-addition hop due to its pungent citrus and light stone fruit flavors. Bravo is an excellent choice as a complementary hop in an IPA or pale ale; it can also shine in a balanced amber or farmhouse ale.
