Alpha Acids: 13 – 16%

The first and only “super-alpha” variety released by the UK, Admiral was bred to complement Target with a sharp, resinous bittering character. Though its aroma qualities are limited, whirlpool and dry hop additions produce notes of mild citrus, black tea, and earthy spice.
